Coupon Cards
Refund Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Publisher subscriptions can be refunded for 7 days after the first charge, and only if the account has not yet published a card or approved an offer. Renewals and issued patron cards are not refunded.
The window
This is a short window on purpose. Coupon Cards is delivered as soon as an account can publish. Similar subscription software for loyalty cards, directories, and other digital tools that are used immediately treats the product as delivered once publishing starts, and keeps the money-back period to about a week rather than a month.
A refund of the initial subscription charge is available if both of these are true:
- You email us within 7 calendar days of that first successful charge
- The account has not published a coupon card and has not approved a business offer
Creating the account and looking at the dashboard does not by itself end the window. Publishing a card, or approving an offer onto a card, does. At that point the software has been used to produce the product it is sold for, and the charge is final.
What is not refunded
- Any renewal charge, monthly or yearly, after the first payment
- A first payment once a card has been published or an offer has been approved, even if you are still inside 7 days
- Partial months or unused time after you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not return the current period.
- A patron's card purchase once the card code has been issued. The code is the digital good, and it can be redeemed immediately.
- Charges that failed, were already refunded, or were disputed with the card issuer
How to ask
Email support@tnvcreations.com from the address on the account. Include the account email and the date of the charge. If the request meets this policy, we refund the initial charge back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks often take several business days to show the credit.
If the request is outside this policy, we will say so. We may still correct a duplicate charge or a charge that was made in error.
Card disputes
Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on a charge that this policy does not refund can result in the account being suspended while the dispute is open.
