Coupon Cards
Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Coupon Cards. They cover publisher subscriptions, business submissions, and patron cards.
The service
Coupon Cards provides software for publishing digital coupon cards. Publishers create cards and approve offers. Businesses submit an offer to a publisher. Patrons buy or receive a card and redeem each approved offer once. We provide the software. We do not provide the discounts, goods, or services described in an offer.
Accounts
A publisher account must use a real name, a working email address, and a password you keep private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@tnvcreations.com if you believe someone else is using it.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is incomplete, unpaid, or used in a way these terms do not allow. Account roles are assigned by the service. A publisher dashboard is only for the account that holds it.
Subscriptions and billing
Publisher plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. Taxes may be added where Stripe or the law requires them. A subscription renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel from your account or by emailing support. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, unless the account is suspended for a payment failure or a violation of these terms. Failed payments can suspend the account and the public cards attached to it until the charge succeeds.
Plan limits, including how many cards an account may publish, are part of the plan you buy. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
Publishers
If you publish a card, you are responsible for:
- The offers you approve, including whether they are accurate and lawful where they are redeemed
- The price and quantity of cards you sell
- Reviewing business submissions before they appear on a public card
- The mailbox settings you enter, and for telling businesses how you will contact them
- Honoring the relationship you create with the businesses on your card
Approving an offer does not make Coupon Cards a party to that offer. A patron's complaint about a discount is between the patron, the business, and, where you promised the card, you.
Businesses
A business submission has to be tied to a publisher, either by their link or by the account code they give you. You agree that the description and offer you submit are yours to publish, are not misleading, and can actually be redeemed on the terms you wrote.
The publisher decides whether to approve, reject, or later remove an offer. Submission does not guarantee placement on a card. You will keep the redemption password private and use it only to verify a real redemption or a test scan.
Patrons
A purchased card is a digital code for the offers on that card at the time of purchase, subject to later removal if an offer can no longer be honored or the publisher's account is suspended. Each offer is redeemed once. Sharing a code so that more than one person can claim the same offer is not allowed.
Card checkout is processed by Stripe. The charge description and amount are shown before you pay. Patron purchase refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service to promote an offer that is illegal, deceptive, or that you cannot honor
- Attempt to access another account, another publisher's cards, or non-public data
- Probe, scan, or overload the service except through ordinary use
- Copy the software, resell access, or frame the service as your own product
- Upload malware or use the service to send unsolicited email
- Redeem an offer by bypassing the verification step, or reuse an offer that has already been marked used
Intellectual property
The software, site design, and Coupon Cards name belong to the operator of the service. You keep ownership of the business names, descriptions, and offer text you submit. You give us a license to host, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of running the card you joined or published.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every email will be delivered, or that a business will honor an offer. Offers are written and approved by users of the service, not by us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Coupon Cards is not liable for lost profits, lost goodwill, or indirect or consequential damages, or for a business failing to honor an offer. Our total liability for a claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using the service after the update, the updated terms apply to that use. If you do not agree, cancel the subscription before the next renewal and stop using the service.
